Ready to join us at Metro Women’s Network? Fill out and submit a membership form. Annual membership fees are $40 (dues paid today will carry you through the same date next year) and may be paid by:

• Check made payable to Metro Women’s Network. Bring to the next meeting or mail to Sherri Johnson, 15210 Greenbelt Dr., Urbandale, IA 50323.
• Debit/credit card via PayPal. We’ll send you an invoice upon receipt of the completed membership form.
• Cash accepted in person at meetings only. (Do not mail!)
